Half of all Nepal households have one family living and working out of the country, mostly in the Gulf region. 2.1 million Nepalis have left the country for employment. These figures can be reversed, Nepal does not need to suffer a "brain drain" nor have half of it's families split apart. Next door neighbor India has developed a thriving trade and created hundreds of thousands of jobs buy capitalizing on India's English language abilities. Nepal can do the same.
