Quality Education for 10,000 children in Sindh
Developments In Literacy (DIL) Trust UK
DIL provides quality education to underprivileged children across Pakistan. This project will improve education in Sindh for 10,000 students. Through this project: girls' schools will be upgraded to Grade 10 where possible; schools will be equipped with more resources & teachers, thus increasing enrolment capacity for girls; and life skills and vocational training program for students will be provided. Already DIL has proven success in this area with over 75% girls enrolment and 1% dropout rate.

The mobile health service is a unique project that utilizes mobile phones to engage young people. It provides a mechanism for young people to ask questions around sexual health and HIV/AIDS, by text messages,through a telephone hotline, or through email/web based interface, and receive unbiased and accurate information, which enables them to make informed decisions about their sexual reproductive health.

Local organisations are best placed to meet and serve their community. Your donation will go to support 6 high-impact NGOs in Nigeria, Timor-Leste, Pakistan, Philippines, Ethiopia, the Lebanon.
Safe Mother & Infant Feeding Project Timor-Leste
Fundasaun Alola works to ensure healthcare for mothers, children and their families. Through funding received, we will focus on reducing maternal mortality in 12 villages in Oecusse district. This includes healthcare to deliver babies safely, awareness raising about family planning, safe delivery and available support, and improved nutritional status for children under 2 years. Fundasaun Alola is keen to ensure staff build skills and organisational strategy 2013-18 is well developed.

Developmental Action without Borders/Naba'a
The security conditions in Syria is deteriorate, So the Palestinian Refugees (PRS) and Syrian refugees (SR) are daily escaping death to neighboring countries. Turkey and Jordan blocked their borders earlier 2012. So Lebanon is their displacement. Jordan doesn't accept Palestinians, they consider them stateless, while Lebanon accept them, since they have relatives at the Palestinian camps, and the Lebanese government is based on Sectarianism and the whole Palestinians are Sunni.
Women & Child Health Support in Awash Ethiopia
Action for Integrated Sustainable Development Association (AISDA)
Awash Women and Children Health Support Project focuses on maternal and child health in Awash district, Afar regional state. We will provide different capacity training to Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs), Health Extension Workers (HEWs) & other community action groups. We will establish referral systems for TBAs, establish fistula referral system for victimized women, support women associations and outreach vaccinations for new born children, and enhance capacity of rural health posts.
Help Build our Home for Abused Girls in Manila
Laura Vicuna Foundation, Inc.
The project will help build a safer home for abused and exploited girls in Manila needing center-based recovery and healing that is comprehensive, holistic and ladderized. It will also offer older girls recommended for independent living with comprehensive social preparation; a walk-in clinic for crisis intervention and counselling to those not needing residential care; as well as promote a sustained advocacy for the personal safety of children against all forms of abuse and violence.
