Children in the Sundarbans, India live in non-electrified villages making it difficult to do school work. By providing solar powered lamps, we hope to further the educational endeavors of 2000 school students.1300 individual students will be provided with a solar lamp which they can use at home, and 700 students will be able to study at a common lighted space with solar powered tube lights.
