To our benefactors and friends who support our project through Global Giving

We are so grateful for your constant support in the past year. With the funding receive from you, we have purchase new sewing machines and facilitate vocational training (Sewing and Floral design) for 10 mothers living with HIV/AIDS. By today, all of them already have regular job at the flowershop and sewing factory. They are able to support themselves and regain their self esteem in the society. Thanks to the generous support of many people, our center, from 20 children, today we already shelter 56 orphan children living with HIV/AIDS. They all receive medication to improve their health condition. At least 15 of them were able to return to school and integrate well into their new environment.

Christmas is getting closer, many of us used to think that some of our children would not have the opportunity to celebrate their second Christmas. Yet, they do, because of you. Therefore, on behalf of our children and mother in Mai Tam center, allow me to thank each and everyone of you for your help and support. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2009.
