Give Families in Colombia a Home
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesDisplaced and vulnerable populations don't have a home or income generating opportunities; they suffer from poverty, illiteracy, lack of housing, unemployment. This project aims to create self sustainable communities whereby people can construct their own house, access training for employment skills and become small entrepreneurs that can serve the needs of the very community they live in. The project will benefit approximately 65,000 people (20,000) families in Barranquilla, Colombia ActivitiesThe project will construct schools, training centers, churches, health centers, a police station and provide credit for 20,000 families to build their houses.
