RAPCAN
MissionResources Aimed at the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (RAPCAN) is focused the promotion of children’s rights, specifically as it relates to theprevention of child victimization and offending. RAPCAN delivers direct services to children and families. The organisation also undertakes training and develops resource materials. Our advocacy work is aimed at ensuring that legislation, policy and practice are consonant with the international children’s rights framework Programs1. The Child Witness Project provides services to child victims of sexual offences testifying in sexual offences proceedings. 2. The Child Witness Toolkit. RAPCAN has developed the Child Witness Support Toolkit to enable other organisations to establish a similar service at other sites. 3.
