Our Children are cheerful in formal school Wish you “MERRY X-MAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012”
I am very pleased to report that, thanks to your generosity, children living in the villages around Tiruvallur, India are growing in confidence and that is being reflected in their mainstreaming in formal schools.
With pleasure, we are informing you that our education instructor’s regular motivation and your generosity helped us to mainstream 24 children in nearby schools. This great success happened with your generosity only.
Now CHHASE feel that our effort should not go in vein. By mainstreaming, our service is not coming to an end, instead major act starts from here. Now we have to ensure the children attend formal school regularly, instead of becoming drop-out. The main streamed children in formal schools will be regularly monitored by our staff to ensure the education without break. Regular intervals the parents also be given awareness about education.
To stop the migration of the parents, we seek your generosity to provide income generation activities like goats, buffalo rearing, tailoring, embroidery trainings for development.
By donating to this project you have helped many of the Tribal children to get school education.
On behalf of our staff and all the tribal children benefiting from your support, thank you.
Collapsed in wind
By vincent paul - Director, September 15, 2011 12:00 AM
 Hi supporters!
I would like to thank you all on behalf of the staff and on behalf of the tribal children for your generous donations to CHHASE.
Unfortunately, yesterday night there was heavy winds and rain at perambakkam, where our under privileged tribal children school is located. Due heavy wind and rain, the school shed again collapsed. This has become routine every year and solid remedy needed to solve this problem.
We need permanent building with carpet area of 600 sq.ft. This can be partitioned as two rooms with screen and if necessary, this can be used as community hall for tribal’s meetings. The building will be costing $2750 approximately. If someone is willing to donate full building cost, we will name the building with donor name and address. If donations are made more than $500, we will put their names in our school building. Donors are at their liberty to participate in inaugural function.
They will be given warm hospitality and they can stay with us and enjoy a three day Tamil nadu tour. Hope to see you at our place.
Many thanks again for your support! We will continue to keep you updated about our work and events of the following months.
Thank you,
Independence day celebration.

Our children dance permance We, on behalf of CHHASE staff and children, thank you all with due respect for encouraging us to succeed in our efforts to educate the tribal children.
We encouraged our children and gave dance practice to perform in nearby Formal school Independence Day celebration on August 15th. Our tribal children programme was fixed in the middle of the celebration and they watched the main school children performance for a while. This gave them encouragement to display a better dance performance on the function and removed fear of joining main school. This kind of small, small activities encourages our children.
The photo of the show of our children performance attached for you to view.
CHHASE staff request you to continue support in our future projects.
Thank you

We, on behalf of our staff and children, thank you all with due respect for encouraging us to succeed in our efforts to educate the tribal children. Your contribution enabled us to prepare 20 more children to join in formal schools in the middle of June, 2011. As matter of fact, this is a never possible success with tribal community.
Our efforts succeeded because of your support and the credit goes to you.
Now we are facing a new problem that these children are in need of note books, foot wear, bag and school supplies which will cost $20/+ .
CHHASE is planning to give evening tuition classes to the tribal children, who can read and write in low standard to cope up with other children in the same class. Setting up of tuition centers, we seek your permission and we would like to know, if you have some other methodology.
CHHASE staff request you to continue support in our future projects.
Thank you

Your support has made us to educate the under privileged tribal children. We thank you all with due respect for encouraging us to succeed in our efforts to educate the tribal children. We have reached half way to complete and mainstream the children in formal schools. Your contribution enabled us to provide 3 sets of uniforms, meals, play material, bags, note books and help us to reconstruct the 2 sheds, which were collapsed in heavy winds and made possible to main stream children in formal schools. Now children are showing keen interest in learning. They are now regular to schools and some want to become teachers, the rest want to become Doctors, engineers and high official with government jobs. Thank you for all your support and efforts to educate the tribal children. Manickam is a 12 year old boy and the only child of his parents. His mother developed relationship with another man and eloped with him. His was unable to bear the shame, his father too deserted and migrated to another village too far from this place without bothering about his son. Seeing the plight of the boy, the teachers arranged him shelter and clothing in the neighboring. Further, We motivated the community to get his father back and take responsibility of his child. The total amount received from global giving so far-$ 5669 The total expenditure including local contribution – $9102 CHHASE thanks you for your support of our work promoting peace and hope for all God’s children. CHHASE staff request you to continue support in our future projects. Thank you

Hi supporters,
CHHASE is delighted to inform you that your support encouraged us to mainstream children in formal schools. Children who never went to school before are going to school with their own interest is great news. The parents of tribal children came to know the value of education. They came to know that if proper care and education given, their children can read and write like other children. But unfortunately, 12 tribal families migrated along with their children.
Our efforts succeeded because of your support. We thank you for the support rendered to our cause.
In the meantime, we appeal to you that our non profit would like to start one new tribal school. This tribal centre need your care badly and a school to educate their children. Will you support to start a new school? Kindly send your feedback to me.
Thank you,
yours truly,

 New shed at thavukhanpet Greetings:
Great news- CHHASE is on the move in midlle 2010! We have just completed our under privileged school shed, which was damaged by heavy winds. All of a sudden, heavy winds blown and damaged our 2 school sheds.
With your generous donations, we were able to provide education, meals, uniforms and school kits to the under privileged tribal children. Now due to heavy monsoon winds, our 2 school sheds collapsed and we were able to re-build the sheds. We are unable to cover all the four sides. But we will make it soon. Further we will cover the side with metal sheets to protect the children from rain.
You are aware that tribal children never went to school before, but with your generosity, today they are learning happily with out hungriness. Your generosity gave them play material, which they have not seen in their life. Their stomach’s are full and healthy of your generosity. This has never happened before.
Thank you for your continued support of CHHASE! Our project truly impact the lives under privileged tribal children in India, provide them with the education. Your donation has facilitated the implementation of the education program, and we look forward to the opportunity to continue expanding with your support.
It all depends on you!

 CHHASE supporter and donor,
Chhase staff and tribal children are thanking you for your donation and continued support. Your donation may be small but made big impact to educate the children below poverty line.
Read what 1)ANITHA and 2)GANITHA says
We are sisters from same family. We never went to school because of our parents poor conditions. We are scheduled tribes. More ever we live two kilometers away from government school and there is no transport facility to go school. We have to cross fields and bushes to reach the school.
CHHASE non profit started a school for us, where we live and there are 39 children more are studying with us. It is a great help done by them for our education. We are attending regularly. CHHASE is providing education, meals, uniforms, play material etc. we are happy to go to school. Our parents now joined in self help group and saving a meager amount monthly. With the help of CHHASE non profit, our parents are getting embroidery training in the evening time for about two hours daily. We are thanking our donors for the help they do to us.
Our non profit is struggling to keep children in school, but April and May is the most vulnerable months to at risk and underprivileged children, who likely to become child labor due to Inability to pay school fees, school kit etc, and these children are at high risk of becoming drop-out and become child labor.
Kindly give us your continued support in our on going projects.
Will you help to keep these kids in school?
Thank you,
Yours truly,
Vincent paul
