Give Nigerian Kids Tools They Need to Succeed
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesChildren in many parts of the rural communities face incredible obstacles in getting an education. In Nigeria, children must walk a mile or more to school. These children long to have their very own school kit, which includes a notebook, a ruler, pencils, a pencil sharpener, an eraser, paper, crayons, and safety scissors. But many parents have no regular income and cannot afford it. For less than a $10, a pack of one dozen pencils can be purchased which would in turn help 12 children. ActivitiesThe project will help provide a school backpack filled with school supplies and essential from the Christian Fellowship and Care Foundation to over 3,000 school children who long to have their very own school kit.
