More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesHundreds of thousands of Haitians affected by the January earthquake are living in temporary shelters and don't have access to adequate services such as clean water and sanitation. It is vital that aid workers providing this assistance - such as shelter, logistics, water and sanitation - have the right knowledge and skills to be as effective as possible as they work to help save and rebuild lives. ActivitiesRedR is developing Haiti's capacity to respond to and recover from the January earthquake by training Haitians in humanitarian standards, emergency logistics, staff security, water, sanitation, hygiene and managing people and projects in emergencies. Funding InformationTotal Funding Received to Date: £1,180 Funding InformationThis project is now in implementation and no longer available for funding. Received funds will be used to accomplish concrete objectives as indicated in the project's "Activities" section. Updates will be posted under the "Progress Report" tab as they become available. Donors' contributions and pledges to this project totaled £1,180. The original project funding goal was £22,107.
