Mission

The Consortium for Street Children (CSC) is the leading international network dedicated to realising the rights of street children. We focus on four key strategic areas: Advocacy, Research, Shared Learning and Capacity Building. CSC is continually expanding and currently has over 60 network members working across 130 countries.

Programs

The Consortium for Street Children (CSC) supports street children worldwide through advocacy, shared learning, capacity building and research. Together with CSC's 60+ member NGOs, we support 500 grassroots partners in over 110 countries worldwide. There are many charities helping street children: collectively we are Louder Together.

Personnel Overview

Patrick Shanahan - Project Manager
Patrick has over 40 years of developing country experience. He discovered street children in Accra in the late 1980’s and has been working tirelessly to offer these children real choices ever since. Patrick founded CSC member charity Street Invest.

Alexander Dressler - Project Manager
Alex is a freelance consultant and previous CEO of CSC. He has set up a run numerous projects including police training in Guatemala and Ethiopia.
