Support Sustainability for Mexican Farmers
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesThe Agros Development Model meets a community where it is. In Mexico, many groups have been granted land by the government, but still lack the overall holistic development that is characteristic of Agros’ vision. In this case, initial projects focus on improving agricultural production and environmental practices, including animal husbandry, pisciculture, soil conservation, and reforestation. Additional projects focus on small business development, human development, training, and education. Activities$6,850 funds one family during the five-year development process as they: raise and sell crops and animals; learn skills that increase production; build and grow their own businesses; and experience God’s blessing in their lives and relationships.
