Global Infancia
Mission
Global Infancia is an organization made up by specialized professionals committed to the human rights of children. Together with civil society and the State, Global Infancia seeks to strengthen civic engagement and the influence of citizens on legislation and politics. Its work is based on the conviction that when children and adolescents live in a country where their rights are fully guaranteed, they can contribute to the building of a just and democratic society.
Programs
a) Impact on legislation and public policy.
-Initiatives for prevention and protection of children and adolescents in situations of violence and social risk in near environment.
b) Strengthening the citizen role.
Promoting actions and citizen participation opportunities for children and adolescents in the context of the implementation of the national system of protection and promotion of childhood and adolescence.
c) Development of capacities of intervention with approach of rights
-The global news agency, member of network ANDI Latin America, works from the 2004 with the mission to contribute in the construction of a culture that prioritizes the rights of the children and adolescents.

Veronica Villalba Weiler - Resource Development Manager
Qualified to degree level in Business Management and Administration with over 5 yrs of work experience in this field. Also trained in human resource management, teambuilding and learning and development. Takes a proactive approach, is enthusiastic and good at line managing people. Has been part of Global Infancia for 6 mths, taking a strategic role in the implementation of fundraising strategies.
