Usha has more than 25 years experience in the social sector- mainly in Child Welfare . She has worked with two national level NGOs in India in various capacities ranging from a grass root level Social Worker to Project Head . She is one of the Co-founder of the NGO-IDEA, which is an outcome of her PhD thesis on the issue of school drop-out among poor children.
Mrinal is working in the social sector for 15 years- experience in sponsorship programme for marginalized children , slum development through self help groups, youth groups, conducting educational activities for children, formation and training of peer educators to deal with the health issues of women & child and HIV/AIDS, health camps for adolescent girls .She also has good networking skills.
Bharat has around 20 years experience in working with urban and rural projects. He has expertise in programs for school dropouts, street children and heath related projects.Worked with projects on HIV/AIDS & Advocacy to provide facilities for physically challenged & prostitutes, reproductive and child health etc.
