Keren Nazareth is the Executive Director of Saath and also coordinates and facilitates the Youth Employability, Resource mobilisation, rural programmes, documentation, volunteers and Internships at SAATH.

Raaj Kumar - Coordinator, Youth Employability Programme, Rajasthan

Raajkumar has an MBA in HR Management, and has 11 years of experience in the field of education and training in rural and urban Rajasthan. He has been coordinating 7 centres in 7 districts in Rajasthan for the past 3 years and works with a team of 15 people.

Nitesh Oza - Program Manager, YUVA MAST

Nitesh Oza is the IT System Manager at SAATH helped set up the Livelihood Resource Centre, a support centre for Umeed graduates. He holds an M.C.A. and has 16+ years of experience. Nitesh has designed and maintains SAATH’s databases, servers, recovery and backup systems. He is singly responsible for the IT needs of SAATH’s 146+ staff members, and Ahmedabad-based field offices.
