Summary
Help PEAS fully equip the new Green Shoots High School in Kigorobya and give Ugandan students the resources they urgently need to acquire a quality education in a safe and progressive environment.
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
Secondary education in Uganda is in acute demand. PEAS build and develop high quality schools in areas where they are needed most. Students gain not only high level literacy and numeracy but also vocational skills to help them forge careers within Uganda's fast changing economy on leaving school. Donations made will go directly to furnishing and equipping classrooms to provide students with everything they need to study and develop.
How will this project solve this problem?
PEAs are building a new sustainable school in Kigorobya which can accomodate 1,000 secondary school students. The school requires furniture and equipment to transform the building into functioning classrooms and a laboratory.
Potential Long Term Impact
Millions of young Ugandans do not have the opportunity to continue education beyond primary school due to insufficient secondary school places. This project will benefit thousands of students for years to come.
Project Message
