Summary
Please give the key to help provide the Early Intervention services for America's Special Needs & Autistic Infants. Provide the needed developmental training programs for the nurses and parents.
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
Medically Fragile infants lack the Early Intervnetion development that is necessary for proper brain development. Trained Educators are needed to provide the necessary intervention skills to the nurses fostering these infants in their homes. Our goal is to provide Early Intervention support to all families through out the United States.
How will this project solve this problem?
This project will offer Early Intervention support to help train the nurses caring for the medically fragile infants in their homes. Continuation of educational support will be given to all children served.
Potential Long Term Impact
Today, 1 in 110 individuals is diagnosed with autism, making it more common than pediatric cancer, diabetes, and AIDS combined. Early Intervention development is warranted.
Project Message
