What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
MIA has requested support from MBAs Without Borders with 2 MBA volunteers. One to provide support with their current fundraising strategy and another to bring a management perspective to MIA's current training material.
How will this project solve this problem?
One MBA volunteer will be responsible for:
1. Running training events; 2. Helping to devise a fundraising and business development strategy;
3. Assist with grant applications
The 2nd MBA will support the training and research of MIA.
Potential Long Term Impact
Community-based microinsurance units represent the highest hope for the extension of insurance coverage among the uninsured poor.
