Enable 50 deprived Londoners to set up in business

This project will enable people disadvantaged by unemployment, ethnicity, gender, disability, homelessness low income and age, to take their first steps towards solving their own problems by learning business skills and setting up a business. Head for Business empowers individuals through enterprise development for social benefit. By supporting the work we do you can help people in London's most economically and socially deprived communities create business start ups and transform their lives

Give enterprise skills to unemployed young people

As the jobless total for 16-24 year olds hit record figures of 1.02 million, it is critical to help young people into work for the future of the economy and society. In deprived areas where jobs are not available, the enterprise voucher scheme will allow Head for Business to work with 10 young people to become empowered, explore enterprise, promote creativity and risk taking, as well as enhancing their personal learning and thinking skills in a entrepreneurially-minded, supportive environment.
