The prevalence of disability in rural Bangladesh is high due to overpopulation, poverty, illiteracy, ignorance, and lack of medical services. Some of these disabling conditions are curable and preventable. This project will bring meaningful changes to the lives of 200 children; treating preventable disabilities by offering different surgical (cataract, clubfeet, cleft-lip, hydrocephalus), clinical and community based activities.
