Matthew Scott (Board Chair)
Matt graduated from Stanford Business School in 2003 and is an active member of the Social Entrepreneurship and Investment community. His experience includes working with Bridges Ventures, a social responsible VC, ARK, an innovative Children's charity, and supporting the growth of Cosmos Ignite, a social venture based in India. Matt has also previously worked at McKinsey & Company and AEA Technology and holds a First Class Physics degree from Manchester University.

Nick Aldridge
Nick is CEO of MissionFish, which helps to run the eBay for Charity programme. He chairs the Empty Homes Agency, a national charity campaigning to bring empty homes back into use, and writes online for Social Enterprise Magazine. Previously, he was deputy CEO at acevo, the association for chief executives in the third sector, and undertook a secondment to the Cabinet Office.

Alex Beard
Alex is Deputy Director of the Tate, where he has led the successful delivery of Tate’s capital development programme and overseen Development and Tate Media. His previous roles within the Tate have been as Director of Finance and Adminstration and Business Director. He previously worked at the Arts Council of Great Britain and trained as an accountant at KPMG in London. He is a Member of the National Campaign for the Arts Director Forum.

Tanya Cordrey
Tanya was most recently General Manager of Zopa.com which was the world’s first peer-to-peer lending marketplace and winner of two prestigious Webbys. Prior to Zopa ,Tanya was a member of the UK senior management team at eBay for five years with responsibility for the Product team. She is an active advisor to several small and medium-sized online businesses and holds an MBA from London Business School.

Nick Flynn
Nick is a Senior Lawyer and the Head of Environmental Practice at Weil Gotshal. He focuses on environmental law, in particular dealing with environmental issues in mergers & acquisitions. Nick's experience includes a wide range of transactional work in both the general corporate and environmental areas. He is also a founder of Advocates for International Development, a UK charity. He was educated at Oxford University and at the College of Law.

John Goldstein
John is co-founder of Imprint Capital Advisors, LLC, which catalyzes capital for social impact by supporting foundations, individuals, and family offices and their trusted advisors. John is also a co-founder of and senior advisor to Medley Capital Management (MCM), a private investment firm that. He works as a board member, senior advisor or team member on a range of social enterprises, including Keystone/Access, the Global Exchange for Social Investment (GEXSI) and the United Nations Capital Development Fund. John also worked as a management consultant in the Strategy practice of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). John was an honors graduate of Yale University where he was awarded the Richter Fellowship and the Townsend Prize.

Renata Lima
Renata works with the Public Sector Solutions team at Barclays Capital, with projects ranging from the optimisation of carbon policies to advances of government donations to poverty-reduction schemes. Previously, she worked as a lawyer with Baker & McKenzie in Brazil. She holds a JD in Law from the University of Sao Paulo, a Masters in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, and an MBA from INSEAD.
